Eva Schwartz

Eva Schwartz is a sophomore from Seattle, WA in the Elliott school pursuing a B.S. in International Affairs, with concentrations in Security Policy and Conflict Resolution, and a minor in Economics. She has interned with the Middle East Institute, and is currently interning with the DoD’s Perry Center for Hemispheric Defense Studies as a Research Assistant. She is doing research on narcotraficking and sex traficking across the SW U.S. border, Blinken’s LAC meetings, and threat financing. In addition to LAC security policy she is also interested in MENA security policy, counterterrorism, Hezbollah, and third-party actors in cybersecurity. Outside of IA, she is a member of Alpha Phi sorority and the GW Socially Responsible Investment Fund.
